Refund Policy

At From Expert to Income, we are committed to delivering high-quality educational programs, events, and services. Please review this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

Unless explicitly stated otherwise on a specific sales page or registration page:

  • All purchases are final.

  • No refunds will be issued for:

    • Programs

    • Workshops

    • Events

    • Coaching services

    • Digital products

    • Courses or memberships

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Event Tickets

  • Event tickets are non-refundable.

  • Tickets may be transferred to another individual if:

    • Written notice is provided to us at least 24 hours prior to the event, and

    • The full name and email address of the replacement attendee are supplied.

Failure to attend an event does not qualify for a refund.

3. Programs, Courses & Coaching

  • Enrollment in programs, courses, masterminds, or coaching is non-refundable once access is granted.

  • Missed sessions, early withdrawal, or failure to complete a program do not qualify for refunds.

  • Any bonuses or supplemental materials are forfeited if participation ends early.

4. Payment Plans

  • If a payment plan is offered, all payments are non-refundable and must be completed as agreed.

  • Early termination does not cancel remaining payments.

5. Event Changes or Cancellations by Us

In the unlikely event that From Expert to Income must cancel or reschedule an event:

  • Your ticket may be transferred to a future date, or

  • A credit may be issued toward a future program or event

Refunds will only be provided if explicitly stated for that specific situation.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly with any questions or concerns before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Removal from programs

  • Revocation of access to materials

  • Future service denial

7. Policy Acknowledgment

By purchasing any product, program, or event from From Expert to Income, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
